Though it will be impossible to capture the sheer light and joy that Andrew Feeser brought to this world, this quilt piece sheds some insight into this incredible man’s life. Andrew was born and raised on the easternshore, growing up he spent countless hours on the beach swimming and eating crabs with his siblings. As a man of Baltimore he cherished every Orioles game and would frequent the baseball channel on tv every summer evening. Whether watching his favorite baseball team in the stands or watching his kids play their sports he would always be the person cheering the loudest. Speaking of summer, this is when Andrew thrived. He would spend time in his garden teaching his daughters and grandkids how to grow the most delicious tomatoes and cooking at least 50 pounds of chicken wings on his multitude of Weber charcoal grills for the family to enjoy. He would do all this while wearing some version of a tropical button up or Hawaiian attire. He also frequented Chincoteague during these warm months with his family. The amount of Mr. Whippy’s ice cream he could put away was astonishing. When on the beach he would soar through the waves and he later taught his daughters how to boogie board and jump through the waves alongside him. Andrew leaves behind a wife, daughters, son in laws, grandkids, friends, and siblings, but he made sure that all of us had the most amazing memories to look back on and smile. He was the brightest light, the happiest song, the most incredible summer day, and the most charismatic, inspirational, kind hearted rockstar I have had the honor of knowing.
