Scott Martin Griffin

Scott was born on October 14, 1982 and was the older of two boys. He was 23 years old when he left us suddenly in June of 2006.

Scott loved life. This patch tells so much about him. He had a warm, sensitive and energetic personality which you could instantly feel through his bright smile. This picture shows Scott in Hawaii on his dream vacation giving the “no worries” hand signal which is how he viewed his daily life. The X’s and O’s illustrate kisses and hugs that Scott liked to use on his greeting cards.

Scott was raised at the shore and loved the beach and spending time on his surfboard. He played soccer all through his childhood including school and independent leagues. Scott was a certified FIFA referee often sharing his knowledge of rules and playing skills with young children. Scott would love to return to his high school and help coach the junior varsity players.

Scott’s other passions included the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles. A tailgating bus was named in his memory called The Scotty Express.

If you would like to read more about Scott’s life two websites are dedicated in his memory. Please search the web under The Scotty Express.

HIS BRIGHT SMILE BROUGHT HAPPINESS TO THE WORLD AROUND HIM.
