Brian G. Walsh

July 8, 1969-October 15, 2007

Brian was a gift to us from God who brought much joy and wisdom to his family and other in his life. Our family was blessed to have Brian as a part of our lives as he taught us many things; patience and understanding; compassion- for others with disabilities and their caregivers; acceptance; and how to quickly adapt in different situations.

Brian likes cars, Italian food, a relaxing bubble bath, a walk around the block, or just coming home and putting on some comfortable pajamas. He also loved the finer things in life. He liked to shop for clothes, always liked to look nice, preferably in a jacket and tie. He liked to travel and stay at nice hotel rooms. But mostly Brian enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially liked to sit back and watch his nieces and nephews play. He must have been amazed to see how they all had grown over the years.

But most importantly, from a very early age, Brian taught us to love unconditionally. Unconditional love, is a love that is “given freely” and that is “infinite and measureless”. And this is how we loved Brian. How lucky we have been to have love Brian, to truly experience loving someone without expecting anything in return.
