Freddy was an extremely loving Husband, Father, and Brother-in-law to us. He was born in Belgium, and moved to the United States in 1984. He was a very talented and proud woodworker. The patch that we have created for the Gift of Life quilt in his memory has simple but strong memories. The background fabric was selected from one of Freddy’s shirts. The suede heart attached represents the love that we have for him. The buttons represent each one of us….
