In loving memory of a great husband and father, Frederick C. VanDongen passed away at age 49.
This is the first Christmas present our daughter, Amber, gave to her father, Frederick C. VanDongen. She was in pre-school when she made this. He was so proud of Amber when he received it. Amber printed this on a t-shirt so he could wear it. The picture is a footprint that resembles a snowman. Her father loved it very much. That's why we thought it was appropriate to stitch this into the memorial blanket to remember him forever. We will love him and miss him for the rest of our lives.
