Passed away June 3, 2008 after battling breast cancer for a year and 8 months. Her battle was not a very long one, but it was an extremely hard and courageous battle. This square represents her journey through the cancer. The picture is from Seneca Lake Wineries, one of her favorite places to be. The Faith, Home and Strength patches represent the Faith she put into God and her doctors to get her through this battle. The Hope that she would someday beat it and be cancer free. The Strength she had to go on another day through this battle. She fought this battle with an amazing courage that I have never seen before. The embroidered hearts represent all the love and support she was surrounded with by family and friends. She was a kind, giving and very unselfish person. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her considered themselves very lucky to have such a rare special person in their lives. She was loved by many and missed dearly. RIP Rhonda. We love you, and hope to someday see you again on the other side.
