Mark John Attwood

04/07/1968 – 08/04/2009

To write about Mark is a pleasure. He was a loving son, brother, husband, devoted father, uncle, great uncle, faithful confident, compassionate best friend.

Throughout his lifetime his love for children is reflected throughout the photos of his life. His gentleness, soft spoken works aof encouragement, and smile are among the memories that embrace us.

He was a resident of Delaware Country all his life, and a life member of Beverly Hills United Presbyterian Church. His answers to some difficult moments would be "My sweet Jesus."

The passions of Mark was Philadelphia Sports teams, Jimmy Buffet fan. Truely an outdoorman including the beach, camping, fishing, rafting down the Brandywine with family and friends. He was dedicated to his family and famous for his spur of the moment barbaques and gatherings. His children have inherited his dry sense of humor and his love of life.

The evening before Marks death, he found out he was going to be a PopPop. We all smile knowing that if he were here today he would have been the best PopPop.

The family of Mark is grateful and blessed to share his legend of a generous warm person. Even now knowing through his generous Gift of Life donation brings us comfort that others have continued to go on.

This dedication to Mark came from our hearts……

Thank you Mark for being a part of our lives.

With Love

Your Family and Friends
