Collin Feiler McElroy

On July 3, 2011 a special person was tragically lost. Collin was well-respected by his peers, teachers, and coaches. He was inducted into the National Honor Society at his high school. Viewed by many as a role model, he ambitiously pursued college in anticipation of studying architecture.

For twelve years of his life, Collin excelled on the baseball field. He played baseball for Little League, Junior and Senior Legion, and for his high school team. He was respectfully chosen to be the captain of the Junior Varsity team by both his teammates and coaches at the high school. All of Collins friends and family will forever remember him by his childhood nickname “C-Mac”. He has an easy-going sense of humor with everyone he met, he took an adamant stand against drugs, he loved visiting Raystown Lake, he fearlessly displayed his sentimental side, and above all, Collin loved his family and friends.
