This memorial patch is dedicated to the loving memory of our precious Matthew who is so sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Matt was a loyal son, brother, nephew, uncle and friend. He had a huge smile that could brighten the darkest days, and had the ability to make anyone laugh. He had a true love for his family, friends, tattoos, and fishing.
We choose the camouflage background because it was his favorite. The teddy bear is from his Mother, Momma Bear, and his niece Anna because he will forever be their “Baby Bear” and will always feel his big bear hugs. The heart is from Caitlyn because her love for him will never cease, the brother tattoo symbol is from his big brother Travis who couldn’t be more proud of Matt, and the dove is from his Aunt Nornie, Aunt Joanne, Aunt Jennifer, Megan and Zachary because they all know he is at peace and is flyiong high with the angels watching over all of us.
From all of us to Matthew: A gift for such a little while, your loss just seems so wrong. You should not have left before us, it’s with loved ones you belong. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it and only God knows the reason why.
You will remain in all of our hearts forever. We love and miss you Matt.
