“Pieces of Jason”

On our patch are pieces of articles of Jason’s clothing to represent pieces of his life. His favorite color was blue, a color he wore on a frequent basis. As his family, we were privileged to be able to share pieces of our beloved husband, father, brother, son and friend with others. What a special gift to be able to allow others to live amongst losing someone we love.

There were many different pieces to Jason. People loved him for each piece he brought into their lives during his time with us. He, first and foremost, loved the Lord with all his heart. Everyone who knew him had no doubt about this because of how passionately he lived out his relationship with Christ. He loved his family unconditionally and made sure they were a priority in every aspect of his life. Some of his favorite things included spending time with family, having discussions about anything, watching ESPN, cheering for Pittsburgh sporting events, eating pizza, and being sarcastic and singing to music. Jason always said what he meant and meant what he said. He was a man of great character who was committed to everything and everyone in his life. We miss him so much and selfishly wish he was still with us, but we find comfort in knowing that Jason had a saving knowledge of Christ and is rejoicing with Him in Heaven. We are so grateful for the time we were given with him and look forward to seeing him again someday. Thank you for this opportunity to be able to share his precious pieces with others.

Love, the White family 1 Peter 3:15
