The end isn’t the end.

It’s a new beginning in a better place.

The quote that is on the quilt Doyle wrote on a note to someone who was going through a hard time in their life. We continue to use this quote to get us through the loss of our beloved husband, son, brother and father.

Doyle D. Geyer, 49, of Mill Hall passes away, Friday, June 1, 2012 at Geisinger Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Lock Haven, on August 13, 1962.

Doyle’s passions included gardening, fishing, Bass fishing in tournaments and recreational bass fishing. He earned #2 Co-angler for the Northeast Division 2011 with the Wal-Mart BFL. Was a member of the Howard VFW Dart Team. He also threw horseshoes as the Clinton County Fair. He enjoyed hunting, motorcycling and being active in the outdoors, he enjoyed his family homestead and the mountains of Central Pennsylvania throughout his life and being with his family and friends.

The last great gift that Doyle gave was being an organ donor. Through the Gift of Life at Geisinger Medical Center.

Surviving is his wife: of 25 years Tina M. Severino Geyer, two sons: Thane D Geyer of Williamsport and Joshua M. (Heather A Meyer) Geyer of Loganton; His parents: Doyle D. Geyer and Mary Louise Geyer of Mill Hall; Two brothers: his twin brother Daryl D. Geyer of Mill Hall and Michael Lee (Julie Mark) Geyer of Mill Hall. Several nieces and nephews and great nephews as well as many other relatives and dear friends. He also loved his cats and grandpuppy.

We love and miss him every day and he will be in our hearts forever.
