Cory T. Shoemaker

4/20/67 – 8/18/14

A son, a brother, a father.

My brother, the only son to my parents, Art & Pat Shoemaker, the only brother to my sisters Jeannie & Carrie, and my self, Shannan.

He was a good man. He loved to: fish, have bonfires, football he liked the Giants, basketball Syracuse, and Nascar Matt Kenset.

He was an excellent craftsman. He worked in industrial construction and *****. He was very smart.

Cory had a wonderful sense of humor. He was very witty and somewhat of a smart allick.

Cory’s favorite movies were, Harry & the Hendersons and Death to Smoochy.

Cory was kind to most people, He always helped anyone who needed it. He died helping his neighbor.

Cory is deeply missed by his friends and family. I miss him terribly. I lost my only brother, and my best friend. He was my protector.

Heaven added an angel and I can’t wait to see him again. Cory was an organ donor by choice. He would be please to know that he helped even just one person. He choice to give the gift of life was his last gift to all of us. I know that even though my brother doesn’t walk beside us in the physical sense, he is with all of us in spirit. Our lives were touched by him, and our lives will never be the same without him.
