This quilt square is in honor of my daughter, Jill S. Rouse, who was an organ donor. She passed away suddenly on 4-30-13.
Her square includes a cross representing her love of Jesus, stars and stripes for love of our great nation, nautical patches requesting her service in the U.S. Navy, tulips representing her favorite flower, and the outside border representing her favorite musician, Bruce Springsteen.
Jill left behind a husband and two young sons.
