Kelly Reed Gromlich

Kelly was loved as a mother, daughter, sister, friend and a nurse. She was generous, kind-hearted, and loving with her family and her patients. Her generous spirit is what led us to the decision that Kelly would become an organ donor. As a nurse, she cared and wanted to help others and so she continues to help, even in death.

We chose this quilt square of a daisy and ladybug to represent symbols of a few of Kelly’s favorite things. Sewn by her mother, the quilt square also had many family members helping to sew the French knots onto the center of the daisy. From the time Kelly was a young girl, she loved flowers, with daises being one of her favorites. Kelly also loved ladybugs and we often see ladybugs at unexpected times. They will always remind us of our beloved Kelly. In his care, till we meet again.
