Department of Motor Vehicle’s Site Survey

We need you to help us maintain a positive presence in the DMVs across our region. We are looking for volunteers to visit their local DMV and make sure they have enough materials for their customers. This trip will only take 10 minutes once you arrive, but it will ensure that residents of your state have the information they need to make an informed decision. Please fill out the below form after each visit.
