My younger sister, Kim Louise Hall, liked to help people and she knew her gift of organ donation would help people in need. Kim loved animals and nature. When we were younger, we’d spend every weekend walking on trails through the woods of Middle Creek Wildlife area in Pennsylvania with the family dog, Fraulein. Many Halloweens when her son, Casey was little, we’d go to Hershey Zoo America for “Creatures of the Night.” She enjoyed seeing the nocturnal animals being active at night, especially the wolves. (Later in her life Kim was somewhat of a nocturnal being herself—watching TV into the early hours then sleeping late.) I like to imagine Kim’s spirit running with the wolves through the woods and howling at the moon saying, “I’m loving this freedom!”
