David Edward Wargo was born April 23, 1972. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1995, he began working at Delaware Guidance Services.
David worked with children between the ages of 6 and 10 years of age who had emotional problems. The kids called him "Mr. Dave." He loved those children and they loved him.
When we lost "Mr. Dave," all the children he could have helped lost him too. David died on February 26, 1999, leaving behind his broken-hearted family and his Gift of Life to others.
