Nicholas Paul DeFrancesco

Nicholas Paul DeFrancesco died suddenly on September 8, 2008. He devoted his life to Family and to those less fortunate. He believed in God and Honor and worked hard to be the best that he could be. He faced every challenge and obstacle with tenacity and perseverance. Nick never quit and he never let us down. We believe that he succeeded in every way.

Nick was known for his crazy sense of humor and constant teasing of those he loved. He also brought out the best in each of us and in those he worked with and taught. He was extremely proud of his family and never allowed us to do less than our best when we worked with him. Nick had a great capacity for love and showed it in his every thought and word. He loved his family, his dogs, and the individuals with whom he worked. He was definitely a man of many talents and interests. Nick loved to sing, with lots of expression and volume; he had an extensive collection of weapons and knew how to use every one; he enjoyed his big Harley, he loved nature and the mountains of Montana; he was an accomplished guitarist; he especially liked rhythm and tapping out the beat; and he loved to cook. He was devoted to Martial Arts, Chi Gung, and particularly Tai Chi Chuan.

We have been blessed to have Nick in our lives. Not only was he powerful physically, but he was large in spirit as well! He will always be in our hearts and memories. Such a wonderful man will never be forgotten. This final donor gift only enriches the exemplary legacy that remains of our Brother, Uncle, Husband, Father, Grandfather, friend, and teacher.
