Your Irish heritage, you were proud of so!
The Shamrock is for the world to know.
The Real Bandana, always worn when you were here.
Whenever we see one, we think of you Dear.
The Angel, it signifies what you were to me.
Caitlin, to your family, you always will be.
You were forever telling us life should go on.
You wanted your organs donated when you were gone.
The Gift of Life received your organs…five!
Because of you angel, some people survive.
