Jon's 5 yr old son Jon, helped put this quilt piece together. He told us what he wanted us to put on it and then I sewed it together. The picture of the little boy is Jon's son. This little boy was the most important person in Jon's life, they where together all the time. The A #1 Dad came off of Jon's hat that his son gave him the last Father's Day before he died. The bowling badge is on here because Jon was an avid bowler and on 2 teams a year and little Jon started bowling as soon as he could walk. The pocket and name badge came off of one of Jon's work shirts. Jon loved his job and he was good at it. The picture of "My Daddy" is little Jon's dad that was taken in July of 2009. Jon always smiled and was a very happy young man. His family loved him and miss's him very much. It is comforting to know that thru our loss someone else can have a better life.
