Frank Albert Belum of Somers Point, passed away suddenly on Feb 23rd, 2009. Frank is survived by his wife Marcella (nee Cecich) and his 2 step children L. Richard and Zyd Smetana. Frank was a graduate of Rowan University. Frank was a member of St. Pete's Methodist Church and he regularly participated in the men's dinners. In the 80's Frank sang and played saxophone with the revived 60's group The Skyliners. Frank enjoyed the beach, and in 1998, he and his wife built a home in Somers Point, near his beloved Ocean City. Frank loved life. He volunteered 3 days a week at Shore Memorial. He enjoyed dining out and bragging about his dogs Liza and Holly. Frank loved people and justifiably so, he will continue to live on through his donations to the Gift of Life Foundation. All of us will miss his hellos and goodbyes.
