It all started with a job as a pizza delivery guy, his first job while still in high school. Soon, he became interested in the process and was given the opportunity to make the pizza.
We still remember him coming home smelling of cheese, a smell so strong that we requested that he take his clothes off in the garage before entering the house. Who knew that this would spark his interest in cooking, his deciding to attend culinary school and that cooking would become his life’s passion.
A career that he truly loved.
This patch comes from one of his chefs jackets given to us by his co-workers, a group who told us how he was a joy to work with and how they were all the better having known him.
