EDWARD D. LOOKENBILL
October 3, 1941 – July 6, 2016
Ed’s eyes were donated to the Gift of Life Donor program.
Ed 74, was married to Louise for 54 years and has two children, Kathy and Ed Lookenbill Jr. He has six grandchildren Brandon, Brooke, Bryli, Tyler and Kyle Lookenbill of Hanover and Nikki Wildy of West Friendship, MD.
Ed was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time at our cabin in East Waterford in Juanita County along with his best buddy “Buster” his yellow Labrador dog! Ed enjoyed vacationing at their condo in Punta Gorda, Florida. Ed worked at Bowman’s Cleaners and was a Supervisor at Servomation Vending businesses : Ducth’s Hoagie House, Baer Avenue Bar and Lounge, Sponseller’s realtor with O’ Connor Piper and Flynn and Jack Gaughen Realtors. He was a 1959 Masonic Lodge N. 348 F & AM, the Cruzin Corvette Club of Hanover, Hanover Moose Lodge and McSherrytown Home Association and American Legion Post of Dry Run, Pa.
The patch for quilt which is done by counter cross stich was so graciously made by a very special friend and person Mary Ann Strayer 93 years old from Spring Grove, Pa.
The heart shows the love we had for a husband, father and grandfather.
We ALL love and miss him so very much!!!!
