George Jenkins, Beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and nephew. He purchased Shadetree Automotive, Inc. in 1987 and ran a successful business for 35 years. We chose to feature his business logo on the quilt square because the business was such a big part of our family’s life. Shadetree allowed him to meet numerous people and make many friends. He shared his time and talent with many over the years.
He loved spending time with his family playing miniature golf and board games. He enjoyed reading, especially on the balcony of a cruise ship. He loved traveling, and his favorite place was Australia, where he could visit with family. His decision to become an organ and tissue donor was just another way he could help others. We’re so proud of him. We love him with all our hears and will miss him until we can be together again.
