Gloria Wright, what a generous woman who loved her family. This piece of quilt has flowers that represent how her spirit will grow and live on in all of us. Right before she passed away she was planting flowers all around her house. Now those flowers remind us of her beauty and presence in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Gloria was loving wife, mom and grammy. She expressed her unique brand of love in endless ways, with a lifetime of experience, and a giving heart and spirit. She was always there whenever we needed her with her kind way of making you feel special. To her it was about the quality of time spent with family. We will cherish those memories will be with us forever. Just like her recipes and holiday traditions will continue through the generations, especially her spaghetti sauce, molasses crumb pie (which her daughters used to fight over), and all of her Christmas cookies she would always spend hours baking with us for all of her family and friends. We will all love her today, tomorrow, and always will she remain in our hearts. She was our hero and her legacy will live on in others through the Gifts of Life. No matter how long the day or how far we venture we will see her again.
