If a picture is worth a thousand words than a person is worth a million words time infinity. Michael Walsh was more than just the words that describe him. He was wholesome human being taken way too early from this world. Each person he touched saw a different side of him and formed their own relationship. He was a brother, a son, a friend, a nephew, a cousin, a college student but most of all he was a role model, and an all-around good person. If one was to describe him words such as dependable, brave, and genuine can be used. Michael was a person always willing to help those who needed him, no questions asked. He always seemed to know what people needed, whether it was dropping everything on Christmas morning to help his aunt get ready for dinner or inviting his younger sister’s friend to play basketball with him and his friends. It is this characteristic that among others is so greatly missed. Although it is impossible to describe a person in just a few words, the words on this quilt are just a glimpse into who Michael was. These words, chosen by family and friends, will forever be held in our hearts when we think of him. It is these words that we will live by, in honor of Michael, our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.
