It is hard to describe Natalie in a few words. She was many things to many people. She was a devoted mother, wife and sister.
She graduated from Dickerson College with a degree in policy studies. During her career, she wore many hats, but she always came back to helping people. She realized that social work was her calling and thus went to graduate school at Marywood University. During her time at Marywood, she worked at a homeless shelter and the VA hospital, always trying to help people.
Natalie was the person who made sure everyone was happy and ok. She was quick to lend her ear or time for someone in need or someone who just needed to be heard. She loved her family and friends with everything she had. She enjoyed large family gatherings as well as small get-togethers at the lake, where she grew up.
Natalie is missed everyday by all the people who were lucky enough to know her. Natalie is still reminding us of the beauty in the world and that we should always show gratitude.
She was many things with many talents. There are too many to list here. This quilt square has just a few words to describe her. Natalie loved music, especially live concerts, so the quilt has a few lyrics that she enjoyed. Natalie loved reading, and this quilt shows a couple of quotes that were meaningful to her.
Love what matters.
Hug the ones you love.
Natalie will live forever be in our hearts and memories
