Pete Dicianni

Pete Di Cianni was born in Oaklyn and spent his youth in Camden, New Jersey. Pete graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1976 and Rutgers University in Camden in 1980 with a B.A. in Political Science. Pete worked primarily in the insurance information technology field since his graduation from Rutgers. Most recent, Pete worked for the state of New Jersey Judiciary Systems division.

Pete and his wife Christine have known each other for almost 30 yrs and were blessed to be married 28 1/2 of those years. They resided in Audubon as newlyweds and for 26 years in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

Pete was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He loved trivia and was a walking sports encyclopedia. Pete also enjoyed participating in competitive sports such as golf, tennis, street hockey and bowling. Recently his passion was playing bocce in two leagues. Pete’s “happy place” was being at the Villas, and on the Cape May New Jersey beach with his family and dearest friends.

Pete loved nothing more than reading his paper on the beach, while wearing his Cape May beach tag hat and would say, it does not get any better than this.

Pete Chris were unfortunate enough to have enjoyed many excursions and adventures during their married life. Including 3 trips to Italy this is where Christine learned to make limoncello, and Pete was bitten by the bocce bug.

Now because of your gifts of life, you get to keep giving to others after March 5, 2015 as you did when you walked this earth. I know that God has you enwrapped in his glorious love, and that are just waiting for me patently as you always did, until we get together again.

Love always and forever in my heart. Never forgotten by your friends and family.
