2020 Donate Life float for January’s Tournament of the Roses Parade will have a floral portrait of a local teen.
A special honor all the way across the country for a Dauphin County teenager in Dauphin County who died in 2004.
Ryan Mohn of Steelton, Pa. will be featured on the Donate Life Tournament of Roses float in the Rose Parade on New Years Day in California.
